ESTIMATE DOES NOT INCLUDE REMOVAL OF STUMP GRINDINGS, they are to be back filled into the hole, nor does it include grinding of roots unless it is specifically stated above. Stumps are mechanically ground down 4 to 6 inches below ground level, we cannot grind within 3 to 5 inches of a fence, house foundation, cement wall, etc. Plywood is frequently used on job sites. Customer is responsible to move anything in the way of grinding the stump(s) in order for us to successfully grind stump(s).

We are not liable for any type of damage to lawns due to tree work or equipment. We are not liable for damage to bushes or plants where work is being performed. We are not liable for anything that is not a permanent fixture where tree work is being done (for example: outdoor furniture, pool covers, barbecues, toys, statues, stepping stones or blocks, etc.). It is the customer’s responsibility to remove these items, we can not be held liable for damage done to items that were not moved.

We will not be held liable for anything underground that is not visible (for example: underground sprinkler systems, cesspools, etc).

If yard is altered in any way, after estimate is given, price is subject to change (for example: pool, shed, fences, cesspools, etc.).

We hereby propose to furnish material and labor to complete in accordance with the above specification.

The above prices, specifications, and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.

“YOU, THE BUYER, MAY CANCEL THIS TRANSACTION AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO MIDNIGHT OF THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE DATE OF THIS TRANSACTION. SEE THE ATTACHED NOTICE OF CANCELLATION FORM FOR AN EXPLAINATION OF THIS RIGHT”.

IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO GET NEIGHBORS’ PERMISSION TO WORK ON THEIR TREES. BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ATEST YOU HAVE RECEIVED NEIGHBORS PERMISSION.

IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO OBTAIN ANY AND ALL PERMITS IF NEEDED TO DO TREE REMOVALS IN YOUR TOWN. WE CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR YOUR FAILURE TO DO SO.
